I like the "nick" one. Simplicity is beauty. Some of the others look great too, especially the metal(?) ones.

addgravity is very clever...I am a Graphic Designer by trade, and am often inspired by designers who manage to find the simple solution, which frequently turns out to be the "elegant" soluton... this one ties in so nicely with the business name one could almost assume that the idea came before the name did! THAT sort of thinking is a sign of design genius...people will remember it because it is just clever enough to grab your attention, but it is executed with subtlety, restraint, and taste. Kudos to its creator!

The company that manufactured Woz's metal business card was PlasmaDesign. There are lots of other nice examples of metal cards at http://www.plasmadesign.co.uk/metalbusinesscards.htm. The do some pretty cool stuff in plastic too.
